The whole shebang!

In this episode of the Tiny Belly Dance Mash Up, we’ll combine everything we’ve been working with in episodes 1-6.

  • Zils (3-5-5) and (3-1-2-1-1-1)
  • Our 32 count “V” shaped movement pattern with level changes, syncopated hip articulations and turns

You can do this drill without additional music as we do in the videos.  OR…you can also try it out with a quicker chiftitelli or baladi drum rhythm.  Check it out!
