Geek Out with Kay Hardy Campbell – Again!

Artists and Culture
Belly Dance Geek Clubhouse Episode 60:
My guest, Kay Hardy Campbell, will talk about her observations on the culture, history, and folk music and dance of Saudi Arabia through the context of her novel, A Caravan of Brides.*
Join us in the Clubhouse with Kay, as we discuss her experiences in Saudi Arabia, her observations on women and culture there, and how both came together to inspire her novel.
You may find A Caravan of Brides: A Novel of Saudi Arabia on Amazon* or on other ebook platforms.
Kay will speak about the novel – among other things – during the call, but you do not need to have read the book to enjoy the episode (though we recommend it)!
You’ll learn:
- How her time in Saudi Arabia inspired Kay
- Her thoughts representing culture and history as artists
- About the novel, its characters, and Kay’s work with the Arabic Music Retreat
We’ll also have some discussion time, so you can ask Kay your questions.
