Geek Out with Lisa Allred
Dealing with Difficult People
Belly Dance Geek Clubhouse Episode 43:
My guest, Lisa Allred, will talk about using communication to deal with difficult people in healthy and constructive ways.
Resolving conflict in a constructive manner isn’t just important for our relationships with other dancers; it makes our dance community a healthier and more inclusive place.
Managing different – and sometimes difficult – personalities is a skill that can be learned like any other.
You’ll learn:
- How to manage Heightened Emotions
- How to recognize Harmful Patterns
- What to do about Defensiveness
We’ll also have some discussion time, so you can ask Lisa your questions.
